The Brief

We needed to take Pioneer from an infrastructure business to an engaging customer centric brand with a strong sense of internal and external identity and messaging. Fluid was tasked with delivering a new look and feel to the brand around this identity, with sustainability at its core.

The Process

Our first task was to engage with Pioneer using our bespoke Brainspill process. With the results of the Brainspill we undertook an overhaul of all touch points including web, company vehicles, signage as well as the finer details such as stationery, administrative templates and internal messaging.

The Result

Pioneer now have a coordinated, consistent and modern visual identity which accurately reflects the customer experience and the company vision.
