Blue Kanu

A successful Pacific-themed restaurant which blends 'Island' and 'Asian' cuisine with it's own unique style and flavour. We were asked to help create a unique dining experience the likes of which Queenstown had never seen before. From our mood boards of Asian and Polynesian influences Blue Kanu was born. Through listening and interpreting a variety of creative voices within the restaurant project, we were able to bring the 'idea' to life. Textures, colours, flavours! Collaboration is the key to our success on this one... and it makes for a whole lot of fun!
